Developed and manufactured by special refrigeration producer Everlasting, these rooms range in capacity from 20 to 180 trays starting with the KING TROLLEY 20.1.75 COMPACT plug in room. These Blast Chillers/Freezer support a multitude of food processes by safely chilling and freezing, hot, ambient and chilled food whilst maintaining product quality, flavour and improving shelf life.
