Provides 120kg chilling and 90kg freezing capacity, (+90⁰C to +3⁰C and +90⁰C to -18⁰C).
Room designed to take a variety of oven trolleys and bakery racks, designed for use with GN1/1, GN2/1, 600 x 400(mm), 600 x 800(mm) and 30" x 18" trays/pans/shelves.
This room will take 2 x 20 Tray GN1/1 trolleys, including Rational, Unox and other combi oven trolleys
Door entry W750 x H1860 (mm), re-enforced integral floor and 500mm deep stainless-steel ramp.
Choice of SOFT and HARD chill and freezing cycles by core probe or time, with end cycle refrigerated or frozen storage.
Requires 400/3/50hz power connection to the condenser and condensate water drain to the room.
Remote condenser using R452a refrigerant.
Supplied with programmable touch screen controller, evaporator fan speed control, phased temperature cooling, HACCP data recording, stainless-steel interior and exterior.
Excludes trolleys and tray.
