The Everlasting Fermalievita range of humidity-controlled Retarder Prover under counters have specifically been designed to control the temperature -5⁰C to +40⁰C and humidity 55% to 95% for the retarding, storage, leavening, proving and holding of fresh and frozen dough products. Using state-of-the-art technology, easy to use and programmable 7” TFT touch screen graphic display panel, these cabinets can be used in both manual and automatic overnight cooling and heating modes, saving time and energy, whilst ensuring the product is kept in the best possible condition. Includes pre-cooling and phased temperature and humidity management. Everlasting Baking Tab FL 92 single door under counter Retarder Prover with humidity, is 750mm deep with solid stainless-steel door and plain stainless-steel work top. Providing 10kg of dough capacity, this counter is designed to hold up to 6 x 600 x 400 (mm) shelves/trays/dough boxes on 6 x pairs of ‘L’ shaped stainless-steel supports.
This retarder prover bench has an integrated boiler and a left-hand side mounted refrigeration system, using R290 energy efficient and environmentally friendly refrigerant, with ventilated evaporator.
Constructed with a stainless-steel exterior and interior, this counter is supplied on castors as standard.
Designed to operate effectively in environments of up to +43°C, with good air flow and where condenser cleaning routines are maintained.
Requires a ¾ inch freshwater connection, with shut off valve and should be used with a water filter
