The Everlasting Fermabiga (FB) range of dry heat Retarder Prover cabinets have been specifically designed to control the temperature -10⁰C to +40⁰C for storage, leavening, proving and holding of fresh and frozen dough products, in one single cabinet.
Supplied with 20 x adjustable ‘L’ shaped stainless steel supports to hold 600 x 400 (mm) trays or dough boxes, this cabinet will hold 18 trays spaced equally at 72mm apart or 27 trays spaced equally at 48mm apart.
Everlasting Baking Cab Retarder Prover 20 Tray, with single solid door, provides 60kg of dough capacity, within an upright reach in cabinet.
Using state-of-the-art technology, the easy to use and programmable 7” TFT touch screen graphic display panel, offers both manual and automatic overnight cooling and heating modes, saving time and energy, whilst ensuring the product is kept in the best possible condition. Includes pre-cooling and phased temperature with dry heat only.
This cabinet is fitted with a top mounted energy efficient and environmentally friendly R290 refrigeration system, with ventilated evaporator, constructed with a stainless-steel exterior and interior, and supplied on castors, with LED lighting and door lock as standard
Designed to operate effectively in environments of up to +43°C, with good air flow and where condenser cleaning routines are maintained.
