The Everlasting Retarder Prover Baking Room range of humidity-controlled Retarder Prover rooms have been specifically designed to control the temperature -5⁰C to +40⁰C and humidity 55% to 95% for the retarding, storage, leavening, proving and holding of fresh and frozen dough products, in one single room.
Designed to hold up to 10 x 400 x 600 (mm) or up to 5 x 600x 800 (mm) or up to 5 x 13” x 18” trolleys each with a capacity for 20 trays. This room will provide flexible storage spaceand ample airflow.
The Everlasting Retarder Prover Room, has a single solid 1000mm door, providing 70kg to 275kg dough capacity, within a cold storage room.
Using state-of-the-art technology, the easy to use and programmable 7” TFT touch screen graphic display panel, offers both manual and automatic overnight cooling and heating modes, saving time and energy, whilst ensuring the product is kept in the best possible condition. Includes pre-cooling and phased temperature and humidity management.
Active humidity is supplied by the integrated water boiler.
Built for bakery practicality, the room features an integral floor with stainless steel ramp for smooth trolley access, plus internal lighting and a door lock for day-to-day usability and security.
Requires a ¾inch freshwater connection, with shut off valveand should be used with a water filter.
