Provides 67kg chilling and 55kg freezing capacity (+90⁰C to +3⁰C and +90⁰C to -18⁰C).
Designed to take 15 x GN1/1 and 15 x 600 x 400 (mm) trays/pans/shelves, on adjustable anti-tilt stainless-steel supports to hold 18 x 5 litre ice cream containers positioned on shelf racks.
Choice of SOFT and HARD chill and freezing cycles by core probe or time, with end cycle refrigerated or frozen storage. Plus, proving, slow cooking and product thawing functions with end cycle storage.
Bottom mounted energy efficient R452a refrigeration system.
