Designed to take 20 x GN1/1 and 20 x 600 x 400 (mm) trays/pans/shelves, on adjustable anti-tilt stainless-steel supports to hold 24x 5 litre ice cream containers positioned on shelf racks.
Choice of SOFT and HARD chill and freezing cycles by core probe or time, with end cycle refrigerated or frozen storage.
Top mounted energy efficient R452a refrigeration system.
Supplied on adjustable legs or castors, with programmable touch screen controller, phased temperature cooling, HACCP data recording, and stainless-steel interior and exterior.
