This is a dual aspect single door free-standing meat aging and display cabinet, with full black exterior, mirror polished stainless-steel interior and a full length glass door with black profile and triple glazing facing towards the operator's side. On the other side of you cabinet you will find a full length glass window providing full visability of the meat from both the front and rear of the cabinet. Ideal for front of house in steak restaurants, food halls, small butchers and farm shops, to keep high value red products separated from other meat products usually held in general storage fridges and cold room larders. Designed to dry age and store 150kg of quality meat, this cabinet is ideal for the development of unique flavour profiles and succulent aged meat.
