This intuitive MEATICO 7” touch screen controller enables the user to set and constantly visualize the internal temperature and humidity on display.

The controller is also enables the user to create, adjust the existing and store up to 10 programs (recipes) including 3 factory pre set programs that are completely customisable to suite the specific products.

• For each phase, the controlled parameters consist of temperature, humidity, fan speed, and the duration of the phase
• There are 10 fully customizable recipes
• 3 pre-set recipes (also customisable)

To maintain product quality and freshness, it is crucial not only to control the temperature but also to control the relative humidity irrespective of the ambient conditions outside the unit.

One of the special features with this product is the humidity control (from 40% to 90%) by the use of the refrigeration system to maintain moisture in order prevent too much drying and the growth of bacteria.

Having the Wifi option provides a remote management system for choosing which cycle/programme to use and it can also control the temperature & humidity of the unit, you can keep a watchful eye on the process without having to use staff members late at night and early in the morning.

HACCP identifies risks like equipment failure, power outages and human error that could cause change in temperatures witch can potentially allow the growth of bacteria, causing food safety hazards.

• Temperature when alarm is triggered
