The Infrico Lyon Heated Serve Over Counter Straight Glass with Bain Marie is a modular hot holding unit designed for assisted service, featuring an internal water bath system for maintaining food temperature and moisture.

  • A modular design that allows it to be combined with other counters and angles to form a continuous frontage.
  • It includes a straight front glass sneeze screen made of toughened glass for hygiene and safety.
  • The unit uses a bain marie (water bath) system, which provides gentle, indirect wet heat to prevent food from drying out. Some models can also be used for dry heat. Heat is also supplemented by overhead gantry halogen or LED heat lamps to ensure even temperature maintenance.
  • The temperature is regulated by a digital controller, with a working range typically between +60°C and +70°C.
  • The interior and exterior are constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel. The worktop is also stainless steel.
