These heavy-duty aluminium Meat Hanging Trolleys have been designed to work with the IRRERA Meat Hanging Rail systems but can be built to support bespoke requirements. It is ideal for moving hanging carcasses within production and storage areas, specifically to limit the lifting and carrying of heavy products and to keep product flowing quickly and easily.
The Meat Hanging Trolleys can be equipped with either sliding or static hooks to transport beef quarters, lamb, pork, venison and other wild game. The frames are mounted on 200mm diameter wheels for safe passage. Trolleys equipped with sliding hooks incorporate a hook block system to ensure the load is always kept in a balanced position.
Trolleys can be made to measure and hanging capacity can vary according to the user needs. With a maximum capacity of 400kg per trolley the components are designed to withstand temperatures of -15°C to +60°C
Plastic food safe covers are available as an option.
