That’s why we offer a range of single, 2 and 3 door, space and energy saving, cold preperation counters, in widths ranging from 700mm to 1800mm, with storage capacity from 190 litres to 556 litres (7 cu ft – 20 cu ft).
These multi-function units provide the following benefits
• Direct air cooling system across the storage pans, allowing food to be held at the correct temperature throughout the entire cabinet, minimising waste.
• Consistently operating between 0˚C and +6˚C in an ambient temperature of up to 38˚C-43˚C(dependant on the type of saladette), these commercial cabinets will perform well in almost all kitchens and food preparation areas.
• High density installation and fan assisted air flow throughout the cabinet ensures required temperatures are always achieved with minimum energy consumption.
• Castors supplied as standard, ensuring easy installation, manoeuvrability, cleaning and maintenance.
• Self closing doors with recessed door handles for added safety and peace of mind.
• Large storage within a smaller cabinet allowing you to hold more food, making the most of the space you have got to work with.
Added value
All saladette units / cold prep counters are supplied with a suitable quantity of 1/3 GN and 1/6 GN polycarbonate storage pans. These containers are supplied free of charge with our compliments.
Space Saving
All Angel saladettes / refrigerated preparation counters have a specially designed slim line compressor chamber, to increase refrigerated storage space whilst minimising redundant cabinet space.

All our saladettes / cold preparation counters are durable and powered by Samsung compressors, consistently providing energy efficiency cooling in the most demanding of commercial kitchens and food preparation areas. And, they are stylish too!
