Blast Chilling is a simple process which enables food producers and caterers to lenghten the life their food product whilst maintaining flavour, aroma, texture and overall quality.
Knowing that once food has been cooked it can quickly loose all of it's appealing characteristics, our range of Blast Chillers will ensure that depending on the food type, temperature, timescales and conditions, that any deteriation can be signficantly reduced.
The Everlasting range of Blast Chillers is able to bring the products core temperature down from +90 C to +3 C within a maximum of 90 minutes. This process enables certain products to be stored for up to 5 or 6 days.
