6) Are any of the refrigerated cabinets suitable for storing fresh meat and associated fresh meat products?
Our range of deluxe single door and double door refrigerators operate to -3 degrees and are designed to be frost free making them suitable for fresh meat storage. Our counter fridges will also operate to -3 degrees. 7) Can the single door upright fridge (RU680) and freezer (FU680) be supplied with the doors opening right to left?
Both the RU680 Angel Upright Stainless Steel Single Door Fridge and FU680 Angel Upright Stainless Steel Single Door Freezer boast an on site reversible door. The door can easily be reversed, whilst maintaining the benefits of the self closing door mechanism, alarm and fitted door locks.
The base mounted compressor and condensing unit makes the RU680/1370 and FU680/1370 stainless steel cabinet an ideal choice for commercial kitchens or storage areas where ceilings are low, operate at high ambient temperatures and where low energy costs are paramount. The based mounted condensing unit is able to draw in air at the bottom of the cabinet where air temperature is naturally cooler, resulting in less power consumption and better chilling performance. The bottom mounted grill also gives easy access to the condensing unit for routine cleaning and maintenance. As with all commercial refrigeration we recommend that our units are regularly cleaned and maintained.
9) What are the benefits of the RT640 upright split door refrigerated cabinet and FT640 upright split door freezer unit?
The split door system on the RT640 Angel Upright Stainless Steel Fridge and FT640 Angel Upright Stainless Steel Freezer enables the user to only open the top or bottom section of the cabinet. This ensures that the warmer air from the kitchen does not enter into the entire area of the cabinet, minimising energy consumption and helping the cabinet to consistently maintain the required temperature.
